It is typically glass bottles, jars etc that have found themselves in the water and become, at some point broken. The glass has become worn, over a period of time, by the sea, probably once it has landed on the shore, to create what we refer to as Sea Glass. It can take many years for the glass to get to the beautifully worn level that many of us recognise as Sea Glass, which is free from spots and blemishes and collected from beaches around the world.
